Medical aesthetics refers to a branch of medicine that focuses on enhancing an individual's appearance through non-surgical procedures and treatments. These procedures are elective and aim to improve cosmetics aspects, such as reducing appearance of wrinkles and enhancing or reshaping certain features. These services are provided by a trained professional, using techniques like neurotoxin injections (ie. Botox) and dermal fillers. The goal is to achieve natural looking results and boost an individuals confidence in their appearance.

I graduated from CNS with my Bachelors in Nursing in 2015, from there I worked primarily ER for the first half of my career than diving into my current field of Occupational Health Nursing. However, I have always taken great interest in skin care and anti ageing practices so in November of 2023, through Canadian Association of Medical Aesthetics I completed the Canadian Aesthetics Medicine Practitioner Course.
